A little about us...
St. Cuthbert’s is very much a local “Community” Church, serving Colinton and Juniper Green with many people coming from Currie as well. We have a much-loved and cared for building with a most unusual decorated roof. Our worship can probably best be described as “traditional but relaxed”. There is a great deal of lay involvement; a mixed choir, and a Sunday School during term-time. Our hymn book is ‘Hymns Old and New’.
Our Mission Statement is: ‘St. Cuthbert’s endeavours to be a community in which all are encouraged to participate in worshipping God and serving the wider community. It welcomes those who are doubters and sceptics as well as those who are committed in faith, and has a particular concern for those who have been hurt by their experiences of life.’
