To find us: We are in the heart of Edinburgh's old town:
On foot from the Royal Mile, look out for our sign at the entrance to Carubbers Close, between North Bridge and Holyrood. The church is down the Close and to the right. On foot or by car from Princes Street, cross Waverley Bridge (the road with the car & lorry entrance to the train station), turn left at the mini roundabout, and continue along Market Street under the bridge, and the church is just on your right on Jeffrey Street.
Parking is available on Jeffrey Street. There are a limited number of pay-and-display parking bays nearby which can be used free-of-charge on a Sunday. There is also a large car park in the nearby Waverley station. The church is in easy walking distance of all forms of public transport, including the adjacent Waverley train station (exit from there to Market Street and turn left)

A little about us...
Old Saint Paul's was the church set up with their Bishop by Episcopalian members of St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh, in 1689. In that year the Church of Scotland finally became Presbyterian, and the Scottish Episcopal Church became a separate church. The present building dates from the 19th century, built on the original 17th century site, nestled between the high-rise buildings of Edinburgh's old town.
Our traditional Sunday services of High Mass and Evensong and Benediction are in the Anglo-Catholic tradition, with a strong choral tradition that complements our worship. We welcome people of all traditions or none to our worship, and members of all churches are welcome to receive Communion. The church is open every day for prayer and stillness, and there is a daily mid-day mass. Old Saint Paul's has made provision at Sunday service times to make the building more accessible to people with disabilities.
