To find us: We are situated at the corner of Brougham Street and Panmure Place. Brougham Street is one of the main routes to the South fromthe West End of Princes Street, about three quarters of a mile away. Take the A702 Biggar and Carlisle road from Princes Street as far as the triangular junction at Tollcross, and then the route signposted (A7) Hawick which leaves the junction on the left hand side. St Michael and All Saints is about 200 yards on the left, next door to the pub named Cloisters. which used to be All Saints Rectory.

About us:

Our style of worship
We are very much in the Anglican Catholic tradition. Music, incense and bells are an integral feature of our High Mass with Processions at the major Festivals. The Sacrament is reserved on our altar throughout the year.

A brief history
Originally a Mission Church founded out of St John’s Church, Princes Street, our present building was erected in 1867 and consecrated as All Saints Church in early 1868. The Rectory, next door to the Church followed in 18XX and the School in Glen Street in 18XX. In 1965 St Michael’s Episcopal Church, Hill Square, another church with a high Anglo-Catholic tradition closed down and the congregation joined All Saints, the resultant congregation being known as St Michael and All Saints.
