Today we received an e-mail from the co-ordinator of the L'Arche overseas development fund. She writes:'One of our core members in Uganda, Annette, died today. She had been in intensive care in Kampala, but had seemed to be making a good recover. Annette had Downs Sydrome. She was thought to be twenty years old. I got to know her a little during my visit last December. She was a warm and friendly person, and will be very sadly missed. Would you and your colleagues and friends in the diocese please remember her in your prayers?' A picture of Annette.
